If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us at support@blidz.com as soon as possible (please include your order ID). We will process cancellations case by case. If an order is successfully cancelled, we will refund you within a few business days. However, please note that according to our Terms of Service, any Blidz points already spent in the purchase is not refundable.
